You may be a little confusing about its components and how it works! 

Here I give a brief introduction about it! 

It mainly consists of 2 parts: one ball shape mount and one little magnet. It looks this in the picture:

The Ball on the mount is flexible, making your phone able to rotate in any direction. 

Both the mount and magnet has 3M adhesive, which is a kind of strong adhesive, and widely used in industry field. 

Here is the specific steps to install the car phone holder. 

1. Use the alcohol pad to clean the phone back;

2. Also clean the place where the holder is to be put on;

3. Wait for 1 min until the alcohol dries;

4. Remove the paper of the 3M adhesive on the ball mount;

5. Stick the mount to the place cleaned of a car;

6. Remove the paper of the 3M on the magnetic;

7. Stick the magnet to the phone back;

8. Finally, put the phone with the magnetic on the mount. 

After you finish all steps, it will be like this: 

There are two tips for you: 

1. After you stick them, you’d better wait for at least 30 mins until they are fully fixed. 

2. Because the magnet will not be removed easily, so you’d better at first stick the magnet to a phone case, and then put your phone into the case.
